Bike The Wineries 3/4 Day Ride - Queenstown

This 3/4 Day ride begins with a shuttle from Around The Basin’s shop in Queenstown out to their bike-hub at Arrow Junction (7 km away from Arrowtown). There you will be fitted to a bike and given all the info you need to know about the wineries. The first part of the ride is along a 6 km (4 miles) section of scenic bike trail. It follows the Arrow and Kawarau river gorges, over the Edgar Swing Bridge, and onto the Kawarau Bungy-Jump Bridge. The afternoon will be spent biking along the magnificent Gibbston River Trail, visiting as many of the cellar doors as you like. Enjoy a relaxed lunch at one of the wineries. If you ride all the way to the end, you will cover around 17 km (11 miles) on easy-riding, gravel bike trail. The return shuttle will pick you up at 4:30 pm from your winery of choice in the Gibbston Valley.
