Full Day Outlander Tour

Scotland’s beautiful landscapes and castles provide a spectacular backdrop to the hit TV series Outlander. You will visit many of the most memorable filming locations such as Midhope Castle, (Lallybroch) Doune Castle (Castle Leoch)and Blackness Castle (Stood in for Fort William) Designed for small groups you will be travelling in a luxury Mercedes V Class which can accommodate parties of up to seven people. The beautiful ancient pinewoods are home to red squirrels and pine martens as well as birds such as the crossbill and black grouse. An area full of history. The current Mar Lodge was built in 1895 as a sporting retreat for Princess Louise and the Duke of Fife, Alexander Duff. The Earl of Mar toasted the start of the 1715 Jacobite uprising at the Quoich Punchbowl. Legend states they poured a barrel of whisky into the Punchbowl.
