The tipple time treats, are served at the hotel's Chocolab on the Ground Floor OR The Water Club, 10th Floor. Available daily from 2.30pm-5.00pm, the set is presented on a multi-tiered acrylic serving platter reminiscent of a fashionable tree on which light bite items are displayed.
Of the savoury part, the selection includes miniature delicacies such as a pretzel with hand-carved Parma ham filling; bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh dill; egg mimosa roll; cheese and mixed nut puff; vegetarian wrap etc.
Sweet sides include chocolate mousse with raspberry caviar; red berry macaroon; chocolate Madeleine; finely-layered Opera cake; vanilla panna cotta and sweet mango tart.
The colourful and whimsical array of bite-sized goodies is complemented by a choice of free-flow tea, coffee or juice per person.
