You'll have the opportunity to meet some of the winemakers and taste a range of award winning, hand crafted, cool climate wines. Tastings may include world class sparkling wines, crisp cool climate white wines and velvety, seductive reds. During vintage you'll see grapes growing in the vineyard and possibly wines maturing in barrel rooms. Expect a day packed full of wine tasting, tours, conversations and even some local cheeses thrown in for good measure.

Next, we'll venture to the renowned Salamanca Market, available on Saturdays only. After exploring the market, we will continue our journey through the scenic Coal River Valley wine region. Along the way, we will quickly stop at the acclaimed Wicked Cheese. Then, we will proceed to the historic township of Richmond, which is rich in convict history. Richmond is home to numerous charming eateries, making it the perfect spot for our lunch break. To conclude our adventure-filled day, we'll visit the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. Get up close and personal with the kangaroos and other native wildlife. Don't miss the chance to witness the famous Tasmanian Devil.
