Next is the beautiful black sand beach of Djúpalónssandur, with its surrounding moss covered lava fields making for one stunning stretch of coast. We take the short drive to the small fishing town of Arnarstapi with its impressive basalt cliffs plunging into the ocean. You will make a stop at the iconic black church of Búðakirkja, which is a delight to photograph, before arriving in Reykjavík in time for a late dinner.
