Nevada is located in the Western United States and is home to 2,758,931 proud people. It has an area of 286,367 square kilometres and is considered the Most Mountainous state in the country. While Las Vegas is by far the largest city, the capital is Carson City. Nearly three quarters of the population live in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area.
Its fully landlocked and is riddled with Mountains and Valleys. The Mojave Desert covers the southern third of the state. The scenery is as diverse as the lights on the Las Vegas strip, which at night can be seen from space. Visit the Grand Canyon for a tour, two lakes deeper than 500 feet, Red Rock Canyon, and Lehman caves if you want to see Nevada from top to bottom.

With world famous casinos, Adventureland, Adventer Dome, plenty of scenic golf courses, world class ski resorts, the Hoover Dam, Hiking through a range of climates, mountain biking trails and some of the best rapids in the world, its easy to see why Nevada is one of the top tourist stops in the United States.
